I have a copy of your notice <br />to vacate the property at 563 Apartment # 12 on April 1, 1997 and the signed <br />summary of benefits signed by you on February 24, 1997. <br />On June 2, 1997 Becca Reel of Mr. Berrey's office requested a copy of your <br />current rent agreement in order to complete your claim. To date that has not <br />been received. <br />Marion County must finalize the financial obligations of this construction <br />project and we are asking that you send us the necessary documents or a <br />written notice of whether or not you intend to complete the claim within the <br />ne~rt ten (10) days. <br />Please send a written notice of the action you intend to take to Courthouse <br />Square Construction, Mazion County Courthouse, 100 High Street NE, Suite <br />5321, Salem, Oregon 97301.
