She is also entitled to receive $100 for a non-refundable deposit. <br />The $200 refund security deposit from the Lui Apartments is a contractual obligation and is not <br />part of the relocation benefits. <br />Parts of the claim forms that have been left unsigned should have been completeri by the <br />relocation agent at the time Jennifer Inman moved. It is not appropriate to complete them now <br />since she has moved to Colorado. I have added $100 dollars to the Rental Assistance Claim to <br />cover the non-refundable deposit.
