,...~.
~Billy Wasson Re Inside regon ~ _ .... ... ...... ..._. . . , , ~ _ ... , ~ page:.~ ,~.
~ ~~~
From: PEGGY MITCHELL
To: Billy Wasson; TAMI AMALA
Date: Mon, Nov 6, 2000 11:12 AM
Subject: Re: Inside Oregon
Yes you still get the 7% discount. I did charge the project your partition costs a couple weeks ago, when
I made a 90% payment. Your total charge for partitioning is $15,109.46. So far, we charged $13,598.51
(90%) against the project,to cover this cost. It will not get charged to your cost center.
Biily, are you stili okay with picking up the cost of the reception desk $2,196.66 ($2,362 x 7% discount)?
The reception desk was $79 higher than the estimate due to $79 cost for pencil drawer. The counters will
be the only items charged directly to Planning from Inside Oregon.
Thanks,
Peggy
»> TAM I AMALA 11 /06 9:25 AM »>
I did locate the drawing I submitted for our reception desk and it did include a pencil drawer - but that's no
big deal. However, I did find a price list that indicated the price for the reception desk was $2283 minus a
7% discount for a total of $2123.19. Did we still get the discount?
Also, I noticed in a memo I have from Billy Wasson, that the CH2 Project was picking up the cost of our
partitions and reception desk and I'm paying for the counters. Is that still correct?
CC: JOY Eastwood
