One purpc~se of this memo is to convEy the importance af the County in <br />assisting our effarts i.n meetiag the disclosure requirements. i would like to work out a mechanism <br />with the County whereby the iinanc;ial statcmcnts will be made available to Prudential Securities <br />as soon as they become avail.able to the C~unty. The 1998 audited financial statcmcnts should be <br />in camera read.y form. At that time, we wi11 take those 1998 audited financial staternents to thc <br />printer to print the Sup~lement. I do not know the quantity that will be required exactly, but ~ azn <br />estimating there should be no more than 50 Supplemen~.5, For ihe printin~ of the Final Official <br />Statement this week, I will ordcr 50 additional Final Ufficial Statements to be sent to me ~t <br />Prudential Secuilties. When. t~~e Supplement is compleled, we wi11 attach the Supplement to the <br />Final Official Statemcnt and make the Supplement available to Prudential Securities' and Salomon <br />Smith Barney prospectus department,S. The cc~st of th~ Supplemental clisclosure will be paid for by <br />the County.
