The $22 million in cert~cates of <br />participation were sold on December 2 and the interest rate set at 4.99%. <br />The closing will occur on Dec. 16th. and the funds deposited in the project account on that date. <br />In our financial plan we had assumed a rate just over 5%, so we feel good that we are on track with this aspect of the <br />project. <br />WE are now finishing the constructuction documents, we are on schedule to bid the project in Jan. 1999 and award the <br />bid in February of 1999. <br />Any comments or questions please contact me.
