These are: <br />(i) first princ:ipal payment date ~f Junc 1, 2001; (ii) net funding of thc construction fiuid assuming <br />4% reinvestment rate; (ui) construetic~n drawdown schcdule which begi~~s Ma[ch 1, 1999 and <br />assumes level drawdawns until :Culy 1, 2000; (iv) total construetion fund r~quirement (including <br />interest) of $20,300,000; (v) c;a~~itaJized interest through September 1, 2000; and {vi) bond insuranc~ <br />premium of 35 basis points. <br />As shown in thc attached Sumnnary of Assumptions and Re~ults, this currcnt interest rate scale <br />generates a contingency of $1U8,535 alier d~~ositing to the Projcct Fund azE amount sufficient to <br />~ield $20, ~OO,OOU (with Project Fund earnin~sj. We should pr~bably get to~ether and discuss this <br />interest rate scale either toiu~ht or f~rst thing in the mornin~.
