We will convene at 9:00 a.m. at the Marion County Courthouse located at 100 High Street NE <br />here in Salem. The meeting will be held in the Commissioners conference room, please just ask for <br />directions when you azrive. You will be receiving an agenda for November 16'~ this week under <br />sepazate cover. <br />Officials from the County, in addition to mysel~ will include Randy Franke, County Commissioner; <br />Mike Hansen, County Counsel, and Ken Roudybush, Senior County Financial Analyst. Others <br />attending will be Nancy Watkins of Prudential Securities and Scott Clements, the County's Financial <br />Advisor. <br />Our thought is to devote the first several hours to a presentation of the Courthouse Square Project, a <br />discussion of Project, its history and the rationale behind Mazion County's commitment to it. We have <br />arranged a tour of the key sites within the County to provide an overview of the composition and <br />economics of the County. If you have any particulaz thoughts as to items we should cover, please feel <br />free to share them with us.
