Transit District for its approval at a regular meeting of the district board. <br />RECOMMENDATION: Marion County Legal Counsel recommends that the Board of <br />Commissioners approve and execute Addendum # 1. There is no immediate fiscal impact. <br />However, ambiguity in this language could cause delay in county financing of its respective share <br />of the costs of the Courthouse Square Project.
