URGENT .... Fax Transmittal
TO: Michael Hansen
Lega1 Counsel
F~: 4367
Number of pages, including cover: 3
FROM: Peggy Mitchell \
Property Clerk
~: COURTHOUSE SQUARE
REQUIlZED DOCUMENTATION FOR COPS
Marion County
Support Services
Property Management
3150 Lancaster Dr NE
Salem OR 97305
(503) 588-5047
FAX: (503) 588-5495
DATE: October 12, 1998
On Friday afternoon, Billy had a meeting on providing the necessary documentation to Prudential
for preparing for the sale of bonds for Courthouse Square. The legal firm of Preston Gates &
Ellis will be prepa.ring the official statement for Marion County and requested we provide this
information to them by Thursday, the 15`~, electronically if at a11 possible. Billy received a model
of the report that Deschutes County had prepared for their official statement for their last bond
sale and we went through it and delegated sections to be completed by staff.
Most of the information is financial or demographic in nature. However, on page 8, there was a
section titled "Miscellaneous" that Billy felt you would be the one to provide this commentary for
Marion County. I am fa~ng over the first cover page and page 8 for you to see what Deschutes
provided.
Please email me your commentary as I will be the collection point for a11 the information to be
assembled before sending on to Preston Gates & Ellis. As I stated earlier the deadline is this
Thursday, the 15`t', and I apologize for the short notice.
Please ca11 me if you have any questions.
If yoa~ do not receive all pages of this transmission or it is not legible, please contact the na~mber listed
above immediately.
