~ !
From: BOB MCCUNE
To: GWM1.M-MAR1(ELYON)
Date: 10/4/96 9:19am
Subject: Last Fiscal Year Expenditures for project 140900 -Reply
The Gillespie Appraisal was $19,000.00. Also included in the Courthouse Square was the cost of advertising the
RFP. This was $178.75, $242.08, $196.56 and $458.74 for the Statesman Journal, Daily Journal of Commerce,
Eugene Register Guard and the Oregonian.
I think everything else was for the bond election.
»> ELYN LYON 10/02/96 05:15pm »>
Earl in the fiscal year project 140900 was used for the bond election expenditures. As the year ended the project
was used for the Courthouse Square expenditure. I believe that the only expenditures that were made form tthis
project number was $14,900 for the appraisal of the three properties on the Senator Block. I think all the other
expenditures were for the bond election. The total project expenditures were $40,342.49. Do you agree or are there
other charges in there I should include?
RC wants to have a current account of the Courthouse expenditures.

9~" ~`~
~/ f.~/ ~ ~ ~
1'~-` .~~
~~
9' q~
~I
~
~'D~l~~~~
~ 1
~s~.~~
. ~~
~U ~ ~ ~
~ ~
~ ~'G ~ ~ ~
~ 7~'
~~, ~
~~aq~
a~~
3
