<br />The purpose of this letter is to provide summary information regarding t~he att invoice or
<br />the Courthouse Square project.
<br />Section 5 of our Addendum to the Extended Services Agreement identifies the total amount
<br />billed for services performed as of Apri124, 1997 as $101,986.08. The attached invoices, dated
<br />May 6, 1997, for a total of $7,309.58 reflect fees for services rendered in April 1997 which at the
<br />time of the Addendum had not been billed (work-in-progress).
