We agreed to the criteria to do this and worked
through the list of 15 potentials that had been previously
mentioned. We ended up with six. A proqress report with a copy
of the criteria (copy attached) was sent out to the Advisory
Committee and Task Force with an advisory on our next meeting.
Meetinct #2-Thursday, Julv 20
We had representation from the County (Randy Curtis), City of
Salem (Lew Gar=ison---and, Mayor Gertenrich [Councilor Ann Gavin
5ample participated as a representative of the Leaque of Women
Voters]), State (Sandy Post), COG (James Giesekinq), SAT Board
(Berrey, Frey and Kelley) and SAT staff (Moore and Whittington).
In Addition, other attendees included Geoff James, Janet Abrams,
Keeta Lauderdale, Larry Glassock and Helen Ramsdale.
We reviewed the criteria and the additional information that we
had on the ownership and assessed value of the six properties.
Two sites were deleted. We advised the Advisory Committee and
Task Force of this in their confirmation memo for the July 24
meetinq.
