Exhibit 6 <br />PART I I I <br />STATE'S OBLIGATIONS <br />State shall reimburse eligible costs incurred in carrying out the project subject to the grant limitation set <br />out in Exhibit A. Such reimbursement shall not exceed the Agr~zment Amount. Reimbursement to <br />Recipient shall be made on the basis of a quarterly report which shall be compiled and submitted to <br />State in the format supplied by State. Said reimbursement may be subject to the satisfactory <br />completion of an audit of this grant. Project funds beyond those required to match this grant shall be <br />considered to be non-participating funds for the purpose of federal-aid matching requirements. <br />II. State reserves the right to withhold payment of funds if all required reporting has not been submitted, <br />or if there are any unresolved audit findings. <br />III. State reserves the right to reallocate any portion of the Agreement Amount which, based upon State's <br />estimates, will not be used during the Term Of Agreement. <br />146 <br />
