~~~ <br />Court House Square March 17~ 99 <br />~"" Team meeting with PGE on Service entry. <br />Leonard Lodder Arbuckle Costic Ron Comstock PGE <br />Tracy Hokanson Interface Engineering Byron Courts MMD <br />Mark Young PGE <br />After an open discussion agreements where reached on several changes to the design. <br />1.The oil containment barrier will be installed after the transformer is in place. <br />Action: AII <br />2.The estimated oil volume is 700 Gal. Containment will be accomplished by the transformer room <br />itself with dams at all doors. Blodc or un-reinforced conaete will be used at the exterior roll up <br />gate. Containment will be 6 in. high through out the transformer room. <br />Action: All <br />3.The conaete pad shown in the drawings will be omitted. This will level the transition from <br />sidewalk to the transformer vault. ~ <br />Action: Leonard <br />4A steal frame will be designed to support the transformer and allow easy installation or removal. <br />Action: Leonard and Mark. <br />~' S.East wall of transformer room 1257 will be changed to accomrr~date pull bolts and the forces <br />generated during transfamer installation. The wall wi11 need to be integrated into the post tension <br />floor system with a 16-+n. curb and blodc above. The wall will have a three-hour fire rating. <br />Two bolts will be needed for rigging anchor points. Design input from PGE will be needed to <br />complete the design process. <br />Action: Leonard and Mark <br />6.Transformer submittals will be delivered to Leonard with copies to Byron. <br />Action: Mark <br />7.After the transformer submittals are received by Leonard structural design chedcs wilt be done <br />related to all changes including the transformer weight itself. <br />Action: Leonard <br />8.Fire stopping beiween the transformer room and switch room 1258 and 1257 will be three-hour. <br />Penetrations for conduit and the conduit itself need to meet that rating. <br />Action: Interface and Leonard. <br />9. Secondary wiring supports from the transformer to the switch gear to be designed. <br />Action: Interface and Mark <br />Please comment to Byron for adds omissions or corrections. <br />~ <br />
