EXHIBIT'E' PUBLIC CONTRACT PROVISIONS, PUBLIC IMPROVEMENT CONTRACT Page 1 of 3 D.1.01 Cvnditions of public cantracts concerning payment of laborers and material men, contri.butions to Industrial Accident fund, liens and withholding taxes (ORS 279.312). Every public contract shall contain a condition that the contractor shall: (i) Make payment promptly, as due, to all persons supplying ~" to such contractor labor material for the prosecution af . the work provided,fvr in such contract. .
