Bonds bonds shaii be written in the <br />amount of the Contrad Sum. <br />C. The bonds shall be dated on or after the date of the Contract. <br />D. The Bidder shali require the attomey-in-fact who executes the required bonds on <br />behalf of the surety to a~x thereto a certified and current copy of the power of <br />attomey. <br />7 <br />8 <br />FORM OF AGREEMENT BETWEEN OWNER AND CONTRACTOR <br />7.1 FORM TO BE USED: <br />A. Unless otherwise required in the Bidding Documents, the Agreement for the work <br />will be written on AIA Document A101, Standard Form of Agreement Between <br />Owner and Contrador Where the Basis of Payment is a Stipulated Sum. <br />WAGE RATES <br />8.1 All Bidders shall comply with Oregon Revised Statute 279 pertaining to the payment of <br />wages to workmen, which shall not be less than the prevailing rates set forth in the Bu~eau <br />of Labor and industries booklet dated July 1, 1998, which is incorporated in these <br />specifications. If during the bidding process the prevailing wage rate changes, the Owner <br />has the option of amending the bid specification to refled such changes.
