It will be important to review ali development <br />standards in the code during the design phase of the project. <br />Zone CX <br /> •"A broad range of uses is allowed to reflect Portland's role as a <br /> commercial, culturai and governmental center. Development is <br /> intended to be very intense with high building coverage, large <br /> buildings, and buildings placed close together.
