~ ~ ~~+ ~a ~` ~ ~ ~~ ~ '~ ; ; ~~Facili or aboazd any District ~+e~eVehicle unless authorized in writing by the General Manager or designee.13 2 1 A V' 1 t'~ ~+4~ T~T ~ l~ 11 'r +' 't~ ~l~il~i4n.a 1~ r~l;i..~l~lo y a--a + r ~ Tl~c.4 ~n4 ..ol+~nlo 3~-3 14 Non-pavment of Fare• Misuse of a District Transfer• Misuse of a District Pass: Theft of Services: Non-payment of fare or misuse of pass or transfer is theft of service , ~ 3.14.1 Annlicable faze: No person shall occupy, ride in or use any District ~eVehicle unless the person pays the applicable faze or tenders a valid and lawfully acquired District transfer, ticket, cazd or pass. 3.14.2 Transfer: The purpose of a transfer is to allow a passenger to reach their destination on one fare by making connecting rides. 13.1.2.1 No person shall, without proper authority, possess an un-punched District passenger transfer. ~ 3.1.2.2 No person shall tender a transfer as proof of fare payment if a representative of the District did not furnish the transfer to that person. 3.14.3 Pass: Passes are non-transferable. No person shall use or attempt to use a District pass or board or ride in a District ~eVehicle unless the pass was lawfully acquired at an authorized District ouflet by or on behalf of that person. 3.14.4 Round Triv: No person shall tender one fare or one transfer for a round- trip ride from the transit mall back to the transit mall. Such round-trip . requires two fares. Passengers who have a monthly pass may ride round-trip at any time. 3.14.5 Confiscate Pass or Transfer: Any District employee or representative may confiscate a bus pass or transfer tendered for faze in violation of this section. 3.14.6 Peace Officer Exemption: ??
