<br />The cost sharing percentage is therefore developed by dividing transit's
<br />. share of the Total Direct Construction Costs ($6,421,096) by the Total
<br />Direct Construction Costs ($20,437,013) which equals 31.42%. This
<br />~ percentage is ~.'rien applied to all invoices related to construction of the
<br />project, except the "special considerations."
<br />1 Transit share is based on 20.07% of total plus $27,003 for 50% of floor/ceiling cost
<br />between parlang garage and buiiding.
<br />2 County share is based on 79.93% of total plus $27,003 for SO% of floor/ceiling cost
<br />" between par~dng garage and building. -
