cost allocation because we are staying within the agreed costs and the agreed cost
splits. If the costs for the bus mall go down substantially, the transit district will want
to recalculate. Its total cost will go down, and it will not want to pay a percentage
that subsidizes the cost of county facilities. The same would hold true for the county.
The cost for maintenance of the bus ma11 is more firmly fixed. The transit district will
own the bus mall. The transit district is wholly responsible for maintenance of the bus
mall, including wear and tear to the ceiling slab. Structural repair and replacement of
the ceiling slab is split 50-50. See sections 4.1 and 4.2 of the condo agreement. A
copy is attached. If there is any question here, it will likely be found in the definition
of general common elements in section 4.1. Are any of the identified general common
e(ements, which are subject to a split of 20.07% transit district and 79.93% county,
properly assignable to the bus mall? Or, are any of the elements in the bus mall,
properly assignable as general common elements?
Chsq:costshare.mem
