Having carefully examined the project specifications and conditions relating to the work, the <br />undersigned agrees to enter into a contract with Marion County to furnish all labor, materials and other <br />services required by, and in strict accordance with the plans and specifications for the following sum: <br />Base Proposal Amount: <br />Remove and dispose of all asbestos containing materials except materials aloud to remain as demolition <br />debris such as asphalt impregnated mastics and roofing materials. This project includes a Base Proposal of <br />removal and disposal of approximately 12,000 ln. ft. of Thermal System Insulation, 5,814 sq. ft. of Sheet <br />Vinyl Flooring, 29,388 sq. ft. of 9x9 and 12x12 Floor Tile, 370 sq. ft. of Floor Tile under Sheet Vinyl, 80 <br />sq. ft.of Furnace Lining, 315 sq. ft. of Cement Asbestos Board, all Fire Doors, 1,856 sq.ft. of Drywall and <br />Taping Compound, 696 sq. ft. of lxl Ceiling Tile and Mastic, 3,000 sq. ft. of friable built-up Roo~ng, <br />7,950 sq. ft. of Ceiling Acoustical, Cove Base Mastic, 200 sq. ft of Stair Tread Mastic, 2,100 sq. ft. of <br />Duct Insulation, 10 sq. ft. of Vibration Joint Cloth, Leveling Compound in flooring, 3,400 sq. ft. of 2x4 <br />Ceiling Tile, a11 Silver Paint on ducts and flashing, 12,000 sq. ft. of Silver Paint on built-up roofing, 600 <br />sq. ft. of Flashing Sealer Cloth, 5,000 sq. ft. of Plaster Exterior building material, 160 sq. ft. Ceramic Tile <br />Mastic, 360 sq.
