Negoti~tions <br />for additional recycling credits will occur under the following conditions: <br />1.y Additionat reaycling credits ~hove $75,000.04 for this project witl be split <br />an a 501~0 b~sis between SEatan and Marian County. The split will occur <br />aft~r Staton menagement, removal and transportatiort costs have been <br />deduoted frarn the additianal recycling revenue. Mana~ement, remav~l and <br />transpartatian costs wilf be b~sed on the St~ton 1997 Rental Rate Sheet <br />which is attachEd, and/ar direct involce casts far sub Gontracted work. <br />2.) Marion Caunty- must demonstrate th~t the additional r~cycling revenue <br />has been generated as a direct result of Marion County ingenuity or <br />resour~es, and that the revenue was nat included in th~ ariginal Statan <br />proposal. <br />3.) Additional recycling proposals submitted hy Marian County may nat <br />adversely impact St~ton's work sch~dule or project Gosts. <br />4.} At1 reaycting revenu~s to be split by Staton and Marion Caunty must bE <br />agreed upon in ad~ance and executed via written cantract change ordsr. <br />6.) Demolition lndustry standard for d~termining tiemolition recYciing <br />percentages is based on truck load count by volume, or weight by known <br />valumetric/weight conversions. Marion Caunty has elected to achieve a 90~0 <br />recycling goal by weigh'k. Stator~'s prQposal for recycling percentages is <br />based 4n known volumetr~c/weight Gonversions tor demolitian. Weighing <br />each load transported off site was not ~equired b+y the 6id specificatit~n nor <br />pravided for in the Staton proposai.
