This <br />also includes all labor connected with the handling <br />and distribution of materials for these systems. <br />"* The removal of all regulated mate~ials from <br />mechanical systems is exclusively the work of <br />Hazardous Materials Handlers, unless the <br />mechanical systems are going to be scrapped. <br />Laborers do all removal of regulated materials on <br />mechanical systems to be scrapped and any non <br />mechanical(walls,ceilings,floors,beams etc.) <br />insulation. They also do loading of any regulated <br />material after it has been removed, bagged and <br />tagged, as well as cleanup at the removal site <br />and all work done at the disposal site.
