DETERMINATION 97-01 CONSTRUCTION TYPE: BASIC HOURLY FRINGE RATE BENEFITS HEAVY-ENTIRE STATE, HIGHWAY-ENTIRE STATE. NON-RESIDENTIAL BLDG. EXCLUDES COOS, CURRY, DOUGLAS & JOSEPHINE COUNTIES BASIC HOURLY FRINGE TRADE RATE BENEFITS Zones for Groups 5, 6 and 7 Carpenters are determined as follows: ~ 1. For those workers who reside within zone 1 of a ~ reference city below, their zone pay differential shall be computed based upon the distance from the city hall of that city to the project site. 2. For those workers who reside nearer to the project than is the city hall of any reference city below, the mileage from their residence to the project may be used in computing their zone pay differential. 3. The zone pay differential for all other projects shall be computed from the city hall of Longview, North Bend, or Portland, whichever is closer to the project.
