• Description of Trustee Operations <br />The proposed account administration team would consist of a primary account <br />administrator, a secondary account administrator, and an operations assistant. The <br />primary account administrator would have overall responsibility far the financing and <br />would be the day to day contact. The secondary account administrator would be kept up- <br />to-date on the account and, in the absence of the primary account administrator, would <br />manage all administrative duties. The operations assistant works with both administrators <br />in all aspects of the account administration and can readily address questions on an <br />account. <br />Perrv Tobe Assistant Vice President/Primarv Account Administrator <br />Perry Tobe has nine years experience in Corporate Trust administration. He has <br />administered various types of bond financings which include: Certificates of Participation, <br />Corporate Notes, Hospital Revenue Bonds, Industrial Development Revenue Bonds, <br />Multi-family Housing Issues, Tax Allocation Bonds and Notes, Tax Revenue and <br />Anticipation Notes and Pooled Bonds. Mr. Tobe has a Bachelor of Arts degree in <br />Political Science from the University of Puget Sound, Tacoma, Washington. <br />Beth Mover Assistant Vice President/Secondarv Account Administrator <br />Beth Moyer has thirteen years experience in Corporate Trust administration. She has <br />administered a variety of Corporate Trust accounts which include the following: <br />Certificates of Participation, Corporate Notes, Hospital Revenue Bonds, Industrial <br />Development Revenue Bonds, Multi-family Housing Issues, Tax Allocation Bonds and <br />Notes, Tax Revenue and Anticipation Notes and Pooled Bonds. Ms. Moyer completed the <br />Corporate Trust Certification Program of the Cannon Financial Institute and is a Certified <br />Corporate Trust Specialist. Beth has a Bachelor of Arts degree in History from Oregon <br />State University. <br />Gene Romaine Operations Assistant Assistant to Perrv Tobe/Beth Mover <br />Gene Romaine is the assistant to Perry Tobe and Beth Moyer. He is familiar with their <br />accounts and provides support in all aspects of the administrative duties. Gene has three <br />years of experience in Corporate Trust. Mr. Romaine has an Associates Degree in Liberal <br />Arts from California State University, San Diego. <br />BNY Western Trust would provide administrative services directly from the Seattle office. <br />Our operations center is in New York, however, this will not affect our ability to provide <br />service to you throughout the day. For example, wires can go out as early as 5:00 a.m. <br />PST and as late as 3:00 p.m. PST. <br />
