Vice President Fax: 612.667.9825 As an Assistant Vice President in the Public Finance Division, Doreen is responsible for working closely with issuers and their financing teams prior to the closing by reviewing documents, and ensuring bond issue setup on Corporate Trust Services'trust account systems, account management system and paying agent/registrar system. Subsequent to closing, Doreen is responsible for all phases of the administration of such issues, including monitoring funds and accounts, covenant compliance, bond redemptions, reporting etc. Because of Dareen's experience, her portfolio of accounts includes some of our largest client relationships. She has worked on virtually every type of bond issue with all degrees of complexity. Some of her current customers include: North Dakota Housing Finance Agency, Montana Board of Housing, Minneapolis/St Paul Housing Finance Board, Minneapolis Community Development Agency (MCDA), the Oregon Housing and Community Services DepaRment and the Oregon Department of Administrative Services. Doreen is currently in her 25th year with Norwest and has experience in several areas of trust with 20 of those years being in Corporate Trust. In addition to her account administration duties, Doreen has been a member of a number of internal task forces dealing with the development and delivery of on-line customer data. She works with various types of bond issues with all degrees of complexity including processing and monitoring daily cash flows, covenant compliance items, bond redemption's, and other miscellaneous responsibilities. Her customers include Housing, Healthcare, and Student Loan portfolios. Julie has been with Corporate Trust since January of 1997. Her prior experience included accounting, management, and customer service positions.
