Group. In eddfion, Ma~ion County provided an update to the'Spece Requirement Summery" Ilsted es Exhitrit <br />No. 3 from the above referenced report. In September of 1996, staff from Arbuckle Costic Architects interviewed <br />Department Heads of County Departments deslgnated to move Into Courthouse Square. The interview process was <br />deslgned to obtaln famlliarfty with the current space planning requirements and veriflcatlon of staff growth trends shown <br />in the W.E. Group report A four page working document, dated September 30, 1996, was produced as a supplement <br />to the programming information previously received. <br />During June and July of 1997, following a review of the working document by you end other County staff, interiors staff <br />from Arbuckle Costic Architects again Interviewed steff et each of the designated County Departments, preparatory to <br />running a design test on the avafloble offlce space.
