At southwest comer of room soffit repair the paint that has been damaged by the insertion of the <br />aluminum tube. Repaint. <br />' b. Rust stains at frame. <br />7. Office 2146: Door 2146A, alignment of the top of the door relative to the frame is off, should be 1/8"t a small <br />portion ali the way around~ however~ it is in excess of'/,' at the top of the door. <br />~ 8. Store 2135: Gouge in gypsum board on the east wall and scuff mark on south wall needs to be repaired. Paint <br />repaired area. <br />' 9. Break Room 2136: <br />a. Doors in front of ADA accessible sink are missing per change order. <br />' b. Casework base cabinet on the left-hand side has been modfied, it should be a single wide opening <br />behind the doors with adjustabie shelves. Requires new backing to replace the holes cut into the <br />backing. <br />' c. Cleaning still required on the left-hand side of the casework and sealant between casework, countertop <br />and wall to make up the gap. <br />' 10. Office 2106: <br />a. Aluminum is bowed from material being removed. <br />b. Alignment of wall angle moulding and ceiling tile in the northwest comer needs to be rectified. <br />' 11. Storage Room 2115: <br />a. Scuff on South wall to be cleaned off. <br />~ b. Sunflower seeds all over VCT and carpet. <br />12. Planning Office 2123: <br />' a. Remove paint from aluminum window frames south wall near west end. <br />b. On south wall marking near outlets between Gridlines D and E. <br />c. At window stools remove excess glue and paint along south wall. <br />' d. Clean anodized aluminum framing at bay window. <br />e. ~ndow frame between this space and the main lobby is not fully painted. Painted but oversprayed. <br />f. Scuff and glue ma~lcs at base along same wall need to be cleaned up. <br />' g. At door to Lobby, wall adjacent needs repair and new paint, where it is indented from gouge. <br />13. Conference Room 2134: <br />' a. What happened to alignment to top of chair rail with top of hollow metal? <br />b. Edge of door is not fully finished. <br />' <br />' <br />, <br />
