General Office Area Room No. 2165: <br />~ a. Carpet stained, da~ic stain, just west of Grid Line F at about Grid Line 10A. <br />b. Grid Line 10 and E column closure and cover, chipped comer paint needs to be touched up. <br />c. At Grid Line D and 10 similar paint chip needs touch up at window sill. <br />' d. Wall scuff near same location on sauth wall. <br />e. Column 11 E, giue at rubber base showing above base needs to be touched up and some scuff ma~lcs <br />likewise on the same column. <br />f. Around the comer from Door 2165A the bottom portion of the wail needs to be repainted, finish painted. <br />~ g. Grid Line F and 10 glue above base at column needs to be touched up. <br />h. Scuff at window along Grid Line 10 just east of Grid Line F at window sill. <br />i. Similar condition at window east of Grid Line G where the wall board has been scuffed should be patched <br />' and painted. <br />j. Same partition noted above several hammer dings in the gypsum board that should be fiiled and patched. <br />k. Looks like blood on the wall at the same location that needs to be removed. <br />I. Door frame 2171A scuffed up and needs repainting along the entry edges. <br />' 2. Office 2171, Building Inspection, Counter Area: <br />a. Casework is incomplete at the east end as part of a change order. <br />' <br />b. At intersection befinreen Reception Counter and Service Counter there is some chipped plastic laminate <br /> • which has been repaired but needs more work to make it acceptabie. <br />c. At center gate in Service Counter there is a missing vertical panel on the handicapped side of the Service <br />' Counter and there is also a missing top as well. <br />d. File drawers are missing hanging file racks in all drawers in the Service Counter. <br />e. Joints in plastic laminate tops are open more than they ought to be and misaligned with the joints in the <br /> vertical faces. Filler is incomplete. There are also severai chips in the surface of the piastic laminate that <br />' are unacceptable. <br />f. Two original gates are missing. <br />g. <br />' VCT needs to be rebuffed at some locations. <br />3. Office 2193: <br /> a. Dirt smudges at walls. <br />~ b. Refer to General Notes. <br />4. <br />' Office 2186: Refer to General Notes. <br />S. Roo m 2176: <br /> a. On north edge of bay window there is a vinyl wall covering glue mark on the soffit that should be cleaned <br />, <br />b. off. <br />On the south side of the bay window some glue is still sitting on the curtain rod mullion that needs to be <br /> <br />1 <br />c. cleaned off. <br />What happened to the alignment to top of chair rail with top of hollow metal. <br /> d. Glue at northwest comer of window soffit needs to be cleaned. <br />~ <br />
