General: <br /> a. At many plastic laminate window stools and at countertop badcsplashes. sealant or adhesive has <br /> yellowed wall paint. Touch-up wall paint at these locations. <br />, b. Cover plates at most electric strikes were missing. <br />2. Break Room 3220: <br />' a. Clean paint from ceiling grid. <br /> b. Clean up splashes behind fidge location next to casework. . <br /> c. Ciean giue or repaint over glue above backspiash in breakroom casework. <br />' d. Countertop should have been constructed without the backspiash against the dishwasher cabinet. <br /> e. Missing short light fixture under upper cabinets. <br /> f. VCT to be polished on the floor. <br /> g. Ciean scuff marks from the wail board. <br />, h. Clean up door frame and marlcings off of hardware. <br />3. <br />' Waiting Room 3231: <br /> a. Door 3231 B nicked veneer in the top lefthand comer. <br />' 4. Victims Assistance 3232: <br />a. Door 3232A finish on outside needs to be reviewed. <br />b. Touch-up wall paint adjacent to Door 3232A. <br />' S. Office 3210: <br />' a. Touch up paint adjacent to caulking at window frame. <br />b. Clean up glue under electrical ouUet by window. <br />6. ~ctim Assistance Room 3212: <br />' a. Check thickness of shelves relative to width of cabinets. 1" minimum over 30" wide. <br />b. Blue scuff at wall adjacent to casework at Office 3233. <br />' 7. Office 3204: <br />a. Door needs final coat of finishing still rough both faces. <br />, 8. Office 3235: <br />' a. Carpet requires vacuum and cleaning. <br />b. Some scuff marks on south wall that need to be touched up. <br />c. Paint on north wall of Door 3235A needs be removed and painted over. <br />' <br />
