Joint between two surfaces in the 'L' shaped service counter has a chipped comer that is unacceptable <br />and a misaligned front faoe. <br />c. Cleanup on gables adjacent to where the Masonite shelves have been popped in to place. <br />d. Low counter at service counter has a rounded comer on the right-hand side and chamfered comer on the <br />left-hand side. The chamfered c~mer is unacceptable shouid have been at rounded comer. Directly <br />above the chamfered comer P-lam has been applied against the adjacent cabinet and been poorly <br />finished off. This needs to be repaired and cleaned. At the base of this cabinet the bottom sheif has had <br />a chip pulled out of it. Alignment of doors and door faces on this lower cabinet is poor and needs to be <br />adjusted and cieaned up. <br />e. Cherry bull-nosed joint at the `L' comer is pooriy brought together it should be adjusted and refinished <br />and the Cherry bult-nosed itself has an inconsistent finish~ espeaaliy on the bottom side of it. <br />f. Caseworic continuation, set of doors are missing on the west face of the casework. <br />g, wde shelf, shelves in excess of a 32 or 34 inches need to be 1 inch material and shelves in this area do <br />not compiy. <br />15. Conference Room 2201: <br />a. Some ciean up required at the aluminum windows. <br />b. Bottom part of door appears to have been lightly sanded but not had a final coat of finish put on it. Door <br />edges seem to be incomplete as far as finishing is concemed. <br />c. Remove plastic fragments from light fixture. <br />d. What happened to alignment of top of chair rai{ to top of hoilow metal. <br />e. Replace damaged AC panel at sprinkler head. <br />16. Office 2204: Door needs a final coat of finish and the edges need to be sanded before that final coat of finish is <br />put in place. <br />17. Waiting Area 2234, Maps and Deeds: <br />a. Provide rubber or plastic stoppers at shelf bracket shelf supports at open holes. <br />b. Patch wall where shelf support was screwed to the service of wall and then removed. <br />c. Paint and repair several areas under Open Counter in Waiting Area. <br />d. Service counter at east end of the space the top has been shortened by 3/4" and no longer is properly <br />aligned with the cabinet undemeath it, that is unacceptable. The cherry bull-nose around the perimeter <br />needs to be properly finished and cleaned for a smooth, gloss finish. <br />e. Missing shelf in Service Area. <br />f. Three foot wide sheives noted on drawings shouid be one inch full thickness materiai. <br />18. Cartography 2215: At Door 2228 B, bottom right hand comer, green over spray onto the white wall. <br />19. Office 2207: Bottom of door has been prepped for final coat but not received final coat. Door edge needs to be <br />sanded and final coated. <br />20. Room 2228: Refer to General Notes. <br />21. Room 2239: Door has been sanded at the bottom but has not been refinished and Door H requires finishing. <br />~ <br />
