DH The percentage fee on Change Orders has been proposed by Dave. John and Billy are reviewing the proposals with their councils. Dave would like to get this issue resoived by the first of next week because it is slowing the paper process. 6/17/99 - Without this issue resolved, some work may need to be done prior to Change Order approval. VE items wili be tracked in a VE log. 5/27/99 - John W. is seeking approval of Salem Transit Board. M07.01 OLD 5/Z7199 Pence/Kel) Construction, Inc. DH Billy asked Pence/Kelly to proceed with changes on Parking Stalls. P/K will proceed with facilitating 6 parking stalls on Chemeketa Street.
