quarterly summaries of sales made under this price agreement. <br />The <br />summaries shall clearly indicate the bid and contract numbers. <br />Sales reports shall provide information in the following <br />specific <br />categories: bid item number (if applicable), <br />recycled/non-recycled <br />content, customer name (agency name), contract release order <br />(CRO) <br />of <br />30, <br />number, date ordered, quantity ordered, unit price and extended <br />total. Sales reports are due by the 15th day following the end <br />each calendar quarter. Calendar quarters end March 30, June <br />September 30 and December 31.
