In addition to the written repo~ts, immediately notify the Design Consultant, Project Manager and Contractor of any portions of the work found to be in nonconformance with the Contract Documents. u 111. EVALUATION CRITERIA Selection shall be made on a numerical basis (99 points total) using the following criteria: FIRM QUALIFICATIONS: Is the firm qualified to do the work as defined in the Project Manual, approved by the State of Oregon and City of Salem (as applicable) and appropriately certified to perform the work requested? (33 points) FIRM AVAILABILITY: Does the firm have the staff available to pertorm the work in a timely manner? (33 points) FIRM REFERENCES: Do the references given by the firm support the data given by the firm? (33 points} A committee consisting of the foltowing individuals will evaluate the proposals: Bilty Wasson, Project Manager - Marion County John Whittington, Project Coordinator - Salem Area Mass Transit District Craig Lewis, Project Manager - Melvin Mark Development Co. Rick Wessell, Director of Construction - Melvin Mark Development Co. The Evaluation Committee will evaluate Proposals in accordance with the evaluation criteria set forth above. The evaluation committee may conduct interviews if needed to determine the most qualified firms. All firms to be interviewed will be notified of interviews by telephone.
