DEMOLITION OF ALL <br />STRUCTURES BOUNDED BY COURT STREET, CHURCH STREET, CHEMEKETA AND <br />HIGH STREETS IN SALEM, OREGON 1997" <br />Contract Closure <br />Dear Mike: <br />The following list of outstanding items are needed prior to Marion County providing final acceptance and <br />payment for your above referenced work. The outstanding items include, but are not limited to: <br />^ Dump and Disposal Receipts , <br />^ Recycling Receipts <br />o SalvAge Sale Receipts <br />^ Request for pay on Amendment 1 Basement and Shoring removal <br />^ Letter to the County indicating that Staton will return to the site, at no additional charge, to <br />remove and haul tree stumps as necessary, as per the original contract and <br />^ Correspondence documenting your request for release of the cumulative retainages. A sum <br />equal to five percent (5%) of the cumulative total amounts due shall be retained by OWNER <br />from payments for a period of thirty (30) days af~er final acceptance of work to satisfy any <br />lien resulting from performance of tlus Agreemen~ <br />Per contract documents section 00400 number 11"The contractor shall provide all job documentation to <br />Owner or his Ageut within 10 calendar days of job completion. No certificate of completion or final payment <br />shall be made until all required job documentation is received."
