Michael Staton Staton Construction 29394-B Airport road Eugene OR 97402 RE: Courthouse Square Demolition-Compliance with Required Submittals and Notice to Proceed Dear Mr. Staton: The purpose of this letter is to summarize Staton Construction's compliance with submittal requirements to Marion County for the demolition phase of the Courthouse Square project in Salem, Oregon. Marion County has requested that Century West Engineering review the contract with your firm and your subsequent responses to the contractual submittal requirements. Enclosed is a list of the required Submittals summarized by us from the contract documents. Century West Engineering developed this list through comparison of the submittal requirements as identified in the contractual documents to the content of those documents provided by Staton Construction to date. Please note that for each item listed that is not check or "shaded" Marion County does not accept your submittai as complete, if any. Your response should include appropriate documentation that: 1) you have previously provided the required submittal to Marion County; 2) you provide written explanation as to why any item does not apply; and/or 3) you indicate the method with which Staton Construction intends to achieve compliance ~vith the specified contractual requirements.
