The rPCent redesi~n aad budget issues have takea <br />much of my time. <br />I uaderstand RG. gave you a letta or attached a note to a recent invoice <br />indicating we would pay those expenses assaciated with the exixa work <br />noted above. The total ~aount for the additianal work ~vas quoted to us as <br />ffi53,170 for thc 5~ floor and parking structurc dcsign. <br />With iespect the additional fees for stiuctural, mechauic~l/clcct~ical dnd <br />civil enkinCeri.n~, I wuuld a~ree that Curther nego~tions will be required as <br />a result of the lowered cos~ esutnates. The tentative "hard cost fee" of <br />~24,116,839 is no langer valid g.iven the redesi~ and budget issues n~w <br />facing us.
