The date of commencemerrt shali be faed in a Notice to <br />Proceed. <br />The undersigned agr+ees, if awatded the Co~rtrad for the Work, to execute and delivec to the Owner not later <br />than the date of execution of the Contrad a satisfadory Pertamance Bond and l,abo~ and Material Payment <br />Bond; each in an amourrt equai to 10096 of the total Lump Sum in the Agneemerrt. <br />Bid Security in an amourrt not less then ten (10) peroent of the totai Lump Sum Basic Bid in the Proposal <br />Fortn is enclosed..
