NE <br />Salem, Onegon 97301 Salem~ Oregon 97303-4165 <br />The Undersigned, having visited the site of the proposed construction and having become familiar with the <br />conditions afFecting the cost of the worlc a~d all nequiremerrts of the Contract Documents, hereby proposes <br />and ag~+ees to fumish any and a!I labor, materials, equipment, transportation, seni~ces and pertorm all woric <br />forthe Cor~struction of Courthouse Square. All worlc to be pertormed in strict accordance with the plans <br />a~d speafications as indicated in the Bidding and Co~trad Documerrts, such Documents enumerated unde~ <br />the Suppiemerrtary Conditions, and the foilowing Addenda(s): <br />The undersigned agrees, if awar~ded the Contract for the Project, to complete the work no later than 570 <br />calendar days after the date of commencemerrt. The date of commencemerrt shali be faed in a Notice to <br />Proceed. <br />The undersigned agr+ees, if awatded the Co~rtrad for the Work, to execute and delivec to the Owner not later <br />than the date of execution of the Contrad a satisfadory Pertamance Bond and l,abo~ and Material Payment <br />Bond; each in an amourrt equai to 10096 of the total Lump Sum in the Agneemerrt. <br />Bid Security in an amourrt not less then ten (10) peroent of the totai Lump Sum Basic Bid in the Proposal <br />Fortn is enclosed..
