The ~ollowing changes are made te the final agreement for arehitectural services (which <br />f nal agrae,IDent is attached as Exhibit A to the Iatierim Agteemeut); <br />a, Sections Z.3,2 and 2,4.3 are to be in~eluded, and aot suicken out, <br />b. The second to tbe la9t line in Secrioa 2_S.1 is revised to read: "obtaining bids and <br />assisL ia awaYding and prepariag con~acts for coac~uction," <br />c. Section 5.2.2 is deleted, Sectiop 5.2.4 is tevised to read: "If Owner does aot <br />awatd a contract to the lowest respoasible and responsi~e bidder, Ovvner may di~ct Arcltitect to <br />revise tho Project's scope amd qualiry to r~ducz the Constnution Cost," Section 5.2.5 is reviscd to <br />delete the words "Clause 5,2.4,2" and insert ia lieu thereof the words ''Section 5.2.4." In <br />addidon, the following is added to t~c last senteace of Section 5,2.5: ", pro~-ided, however, that no <br />part of the Pee allocated for constivction seNices shsll be paid if the Construction Phasc is not <br />ca~taenced, and ao fees shall be paid for services not perfosmed by Architcct" <br />d, Saction 11.2.1 is revised to read as follows~ "For basic services, as described in <br />Ardcle 2, and any other services included in Artiele 12 as pari of basic s~tvices, basic <br />eompensation shali be equal to si~c pereent (6%} of the hard consttu~ction eost (labor and materials <br />and genaral contractor's profit and overhead) por[ion of the amourit of the cons~uctiou coatract <br />aWazded by Owner to the lowcst responsible and responsiva biddu. ?he Iump sum anzount of the <br />basie compensation shall be fi~ed upon the a~ard of the geneaal constructioa contract, and shall <br />not thereafter be altered by virtue of any increase or reductioa of th~ amcunt payablo under the <br />gCLCCBt COIIS~11CL10II COIITtaC[." <br />e.
