Ownor aad Architect entered iato aa Intcrim Agreement for Architectural Services dated <br />Octobcr 2A, 1997. Siace the date of that agareement, tbe parcies bave discussed th8 scope of the <br />services to be sendered by Architect, t~e eon~act procuremeat guideliAes of the Federal Transit <br />Adminis~on. and tt~e extent of oredtt far payments for priar services that shauld be applicable to <br />Arcttitect's services under tho Inte~im Agreement aad the final agreement for architectural services <br />(whieh fu~al agreement is aRached as Ex~~-it A to t~e In~erini Agc~ee.raent). <br />2. The paities dosire to amend the Iateti.m ~r.emenc as set forth herein. <br />3. Paragtapb 4 of the Interim Agreement is bereby arAended to read ag follows: <br />4.
