Clark, Jr. <br />Retired <br />Enclosed please find an Addendum to the Interim Agreement for Architectural Services, together <br />with a revised mazk-up of Form B 141 and Supplemental Provisions. These documents incorporate the <br />financial changes agreed to by the architects, as well as the change to a fixed price, sealed bid construction <br />contract model. It is my understanding that Billy Wasson and John Whittington have scheduled, or will <br />shortly schedule, a meeting with Kim and Alan to review these documents. Once the parties agree on the <br />text of the documents, they will need to be submitted to FTA for approval prior to execution by Salem <br />Transit. <br />If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to get in touch with me.
