Wasson, Project Manager <br />Date: December 6, 1999 <br />r <br />~~~~ <br />~~;~~-~~~t <br />~~ry~,~7 ~ <br />Re: Amendments # 13 and 14 to the agreement with Arbuckle Costic Architects <br />Recommendation: <br />Approve amendments #13 and 14 with Arbuckle Costic Architects. <br />Background: <br />Amendment #13 for an additional $6710 provides for the staff time of <br />Arbuckle Costic and their consultants to develop the specifications for the closed <br />circuit television security system to locations in the parking garage entry ramp. <br />The services include the review of submittals of the contractor and inspection of <br />the construction as it occurs. <br />Amendment #14 for an additional $6435 provides for additional services <br />of Arbuckle Costic and their consultants to work on the Green Building Council <br />(LEED) criteria and adjusting the building specifications that will help in <br />achieving LEED certification on the project.
