The owner has established that this Project shall <br />generate the least amount of waste possible and <br />that processes that ensure the generation of as <br />little waste as possible due to error, poor <br />planning, breakage, mishandling, contamination, or <br />other factors shall be employed. <br />B. of the inevitable waste that is generated, as many <br />of the waste materials as economically feasible <br />shall be reused, salvaged, or recycled. waste <br />disposal in landfills shall be minimized. [REFER <br />TO SECTION 01094 - DEFINITIONS FOR TERMS USED IN <br />THIS SECTION.j [FOR PURPOSES OF THIS SECTION, THE <br />FOLLOWING DEFINITIONS APPLY: REUSE, SALVAGE, <br />RECYCLE, RETURN.] (EDIT STATEMENTS ABOVE ACCORDING <br />TO WHETHER THIS SECTION (01505) IS INTEGRATED INTO <br />THE SPECIFICATION OR WHETHER IT IS USED AS A <br />STAND-ALONE SECTION. - <br />C. With regard to these goals the Contractor shall <br />develop, for the Architect~s review, a waste <br />Management Plan for this Project. <br />WASTE MANAGEMENT PLAN <br />A. Draft Waste Management Plan: Within [SPECIFY TIME <br />FRAME] [10 CALENDAR DAYS] after receipt of Notice <br />of Award of Bid, or prior to any waste removal, <br />whichever occurs sooner, the Contractor shall <br />submit to the owner and Architect a Draft Waste <br />Management Plan. [SEE APPENDIX D FOR A SAMPLE <br />WASTE MANAGEMENT PLAN WHICIi CAN BE APPENDED TO <br />PROJECT SPECIFICATIONS.] <br />The Draft Plan shall contain the following: <br />1.
