THE FOUNDATION MUST MEET A <br /> TEN FEET MINIMUM SEPARATION FROM THE CLOSEST DRAINFIELD LINE <br /> OUR RECORDS INDICATE THAT A NEW SEPTIC TANK WAS INSTALLED <br /> MAY 28, 1993. IT WAS CONNECTED TO THE EXISTING DRAINFIELD. <br /> WE HAVE NO OBJECTION TO THE PROPOSED POLE BARN. REFER TO THE <br /> SITE PLAN OF THE PROPOSED LOCATION. <br />3. THE APPROVED SEPTIC SYSTEM AREA MUST BE RROTECTED from any <br /> vehicular traffic, livestock and farming activities, Other <br /> activities such as logging, excavating or filling, driveway <br /> placement or any similar activities may also damage the soil <br /> in the area and adversely affect the septic system approval. <br /> The areas of the initial septic system and the future repair <br /> system must both be protected, <br /> <br /> <br />
