This notice does not guarantee satisfactory or continuous operation of the existing on-site sewage disposal system, Planning approval may be required for the proposed development of the property. OUR RECORDS INCIATE THAT THE SEPTIC SYSTEM WAS INSTALLED 1/3/80 AND INCLUDES A lO00 GALLON CONCRETE TANK AND 400 FEET OF DRAINFIELD (THREE LINES), WE HAVE NO OBJECTION TO THE PRO- POSED CONNECTION, THE TANK SHOULD BE PUMPED ON A REGULAR SCHEDULE, ABOUT EVERY FOUR TO FIVE YEARS, TO EXTEND THE USEFUL SERVICE OF THE SYSTEM AS LONG AS POSSIBLE, 3, THE ATTACHED ORANGE CARD MUST BE POSTED AT THE COUNTY ROAD prior to requesting an inspection. The card must be located near the driveway to the property to assist the inspector in locating the access onto the site. 4, THE APPROVED SEPTIC SYSTEM AREA MUST BE PROTECTED from any vehicular traffic, livestock and farming activities. Other activities such as logging, excavating or filling, driveway placement or any similar activities may also damage the soil in the area and adversely affect the septic system approval. The areas of the initial septic system and the future repair system must both be protected.
