OUR <br /> RECORDS INCIATE THAT THE SEPTIC SYSTEM WAS INSTALLED 1/3/80 <br /> AND INCLUDES A lO00 GALLON CONCRETE TANK AND 400 FEET OF <br /> DRAINFIELD (THREE LINES), WE HAVE NO OBJECTION TO THE PRO- <br /> POSED CONNECTION, THE TANK SHOULD BE PUMPED ON A REGULAR <br /> SCHEDULE, ABOUT EVERY FOUR TO FIVE YEARS, TO EXTEND THE <br /> USEFUL SERVICE OF THE SYSTEM AS LONG AS POSSIBLE, <br />3, THE ATTACHED ORANGE CARD MUST BE POSTED AT THE COUNTY ROAD <br /> prior to requesting an inspection. The card must be located <br /> near the driveway to the property to assist the inspector in <br /> locating the access onto the site. <br />4, THE APPROVED SEPTIC SYSTEM AREA MUST BE PROTECTED from any <br /> vehicular traffic, livestock and farming activities. Other <br /> activities such as logging, excavating or filling, driveway <br /> placement or any similar activities may also damage the soil <br /> in the area and adversely affect the septic system approval. <br /> The areas of the initial septic system and the future repair <br /> system must both be protected. <br /> <br /> <br />
