CALL BEFORE YOU DIG .... IT'S THE LAW.
ATTENTION: Oregon law requires you to follow rules adopted
by the Oregon Utility Notification Center. Those rules are
set forth in OAR 952-001 0010 through OAR 952-001-0090. You
may obtain copies of the rules by calling the center,
(Note: The telephone number for the Oregon Utility Notifica-
tion Center is (503) 232-1987),
2, THIS SEPTIC REVIEW WAS COMPLETED BY LEE GRIMES ON AUGUST 2,
1999, THE REVIEW IS TO CONSIDER REPLACING THE THREE BEDROOM
MOBILE HOME WITH A NEW FOUR BEDROOM MANUFACTURED HOME, NO
APPARENT CONFLICT OR SEPTIC SYSTEM FAILURE WAS NOTICED. OUR
RECORDS INCIATE THAT THE SEPTIC SYSTEM WAS INSTALLED 1/3/80
AND INCLUDES A lO00 GALLON CONCRETE TANK AND 400 FEET OF
DRAINFIELD (THREE LINES), WE HAVE NO OBJECTION TO THE PRO-
POSED CONNECTION, THE TANK SHOULD BE PUMPED ON A REGULAR
SCHEDULE, ABOUT EVERY FOUR TO FIVE YEARS, TO EXTEND THE
USEFUL SERVICE OF THE SYSTEM AS LONG AS POSSIBLE,
3, THE ATTACHED ORANGE CARD MUST BE POSTED AT THE COUNTY ROAD
prior to requesting an inspection. The card must be located
near the driveway to the property to assist the inspector in
locating the access onto the site.
4, THE APPROVED SEPTIC SYSTEM AREA MUST BE PROTECTED from any
vehicular traffic, livestock and farming activities. Other
activities such as logging, excavating or filling, driveway
placement or any similar activities may also damage the soil
in the area and adversely affect the septic system approval.
The areas of the initial septic system and the future repair
system must both be protected.
