THIS SEPTIC REVIEW WAS COMPLETED BY Z.EWING ON 7/30/99. THE <br /> EXISTING SEPTIC SYSTEM WAS EVIDENTLY INSTALLED IN 1978. THE <br /> AS BUILT DRAWING WAS NOT AVAILABLE. IT APPEARS THERE IS AT <br /> LEAST ONE LINE IN FRONT OF THE EXISTING MOBILE HOME. IT IS <br /> REPORTED THAT THERE IS NO ACCESS HOLE IN THE TOP OF THE TANK <br /> FOR SERVICING. THERE WAS NO EVIDENCE OF SYSTEM FAILURE AT <br /> THE TIME OF INSPECTION, THE SYSTEM WAS INSTALLED FOR A 2 <br /> BEDROOM HOME. NO INCREASE IN FLOW MAY BE ALLOWED ON THIS <br /> SYSTEM UNLESS A FULL REPLACEMENT AREA CAN BE SHOWN. <br />3. THE APPROVED SEPTIC SYSTEM AREA MUST BE PROTECTED from any <br /> vehicular traffic, livestock and farming activities. Other <br /> activities such as logging, excavating or filling, driveway <br /> placement or any similar activities may also damage the soil <br /> in the area and adversely affect the septic system approval. <br /> The areas of the initial septic system and the future repair <br /> system must both be protected. <br /> <br /> <br />
