No evidence of failure was found and the system appeared to be <br />functioning in a satisfactory manner. <br /> <br />This notice is issued with the recommendation that the septic tank be pumped and inspected by <br />a licensed septic tank pumper approximately every five years. This notice does not guarantee <br />satisfactory or continuous operation of the existing on-site sewage disposal system, <br /> <br />Planning approval may also be required for any proposed development of the property. <br /> <br />COMMENTS AND CONDITIONS <br /> <br />1. THIS SEPTIC REVIEW WAS COMPLETED BY LEE GRIMES ON NOVEMBER <br /> 16, 1999. THE REVIEW FOUND NO APPARENT CONFLICT OR FAILURE. <br /> OUR RECORDS INDICATE THAT THE EXISTING SEPTIC SYSTEM WAS <br /> INSTALLED AUGUST 9, 1977. IT INCLUDES A 1000 GALLON CONCRETE <br /> TANK AND 300' (4 LINES) OF DRAINFIELD, WE RECOMMEND THAT THE <br /> TANK BE PUMPED ON A REGULAR SCHEDULE, ABOUT EVERY FOUR TO <br /> FIVE YEARS TO EXTEND THE SYSTEM'S USEFUL S~RVICE AS LONG AS <br /> POSSIBLE, <br />3. THE APPROVED SEPTIC SYSTEM AREA MUST BE PROTECTED from any <br /> vehicular traffic, livestock and farming activities, Other <br /> activities such as logging, excavating or filling, driveway <br /> placement or any similar activities may also damage the soil <br /> in the area and adversely affect the septic system approval, <br /> The areas of the initial septic system and the future repair <br /> system must both be protected. <br /> <br /> <br />
