CALL BEFORE YOU DIG .... IT'S THE LAW. <br /> ATTENTION: Oregon law requires you to follow rules adopted <br /> by the Oregon Utility Notification Center. Those rules are <br /> set forth in OAR 952-001-0010 through OAR 952-001-0090. THIS SEPTIC REVIEW WAS COMPLETED BY Z.EWING ON 7/16/99. THE <br /> SEPTIC SYSTEM WAS INSTALLED IN 1974, THE DRAINFIELD APPEARS <br /> TO BE FUNCTIONING NORMALLY AT THIS TIME HOWEVER THE HOUSE IS <br /> BEING DISMANTLED AND MAY NOT HAVE BEEN OCCUPIED FOR AWHILE. <br /> THE TANK WAS PUMPED AND CERTIFIED TO BE IN GOOD WORKING CON- <br /> DITION. THE PROPOSED LOCATION OF THE NEW HOME DOES NOT AP- <br /> PEAR TO ADVERSLY EFFECT THE SEPTIC SYSTEM, <br />8, THE APPROVED SEPTIC SYSTEM AREA MUST BE PROTECTED from any <br /> vehicular traffic, livestock and farming activities. Other <br /> activities such as logging, excavating or filling, driveway <br /> placement or any similar activities may also damage the soil <br /> in the area and adversely affect the septic system approval. <br /> The areas of the initial septic system and the future repair <br /> system must both be protected. <br /> <br /> <br />
