This notice is issued with the recommendation that the septic tank be pumped and inspected by a licensed septic tank pumper approximately every five years. This notice does not guarantee satisfactory or continuous operation of the existing on-site sewage disposal system, Planning approval may be required for the proposed development of the property. THE SEPTIC SYSTEM WAS INSTALLED IN 1974, THE DRAINFIELD APPEARS TO BE FUNCTIONING NORMALLY AT THIS TIME HOWEVER THE HOUSE IS BEING DISMANTLED AND MAY NOT HAVE BEEN OCCUPIED FOR AWHILE. THE TANK WAS PUMPED AND CERTIFIED TO BE IN GOOD WORKING CON- DITION. THE PROPOSED LOCATION OF THE NEW HOME DOES NOT AP- PEAR TO ADVERSLY EFFECT THE SEPTIC SYSTEM, 8, THE APPROVED SEPTIC SYSTEM AREA MUST BE PROTECTED from any vehicular traffic, livestock and farming activities. Other activities such as logging, excavating or filling, driveway placement or any similar activities may also damage the soil in the area and adversely affect the septic system approval. The areas of the initial septic system and the future repair system must both be protected.
