IT'S THE LAW. <br />A1-FENTION: Oregon law requires you to follow rules adopted <br />by the Oregon Utility Notification Center. Those rules are <br />set forth in OAR 952-001-0010 through OAR 952-001-0090. You <br />may obtain copies of the rules by calling the center. <br />(Note: The telephone number for the Oregon Utility Notifica- <br />tion Center is (503) 222-1987), <br />THIS SEPTIC REVIEW WAS COMPLETED BY Z.EWING ON 3/25/99. THE <br />EXISTING SEPTIC TANK CORNER IS APPROXIMATELY 5' FROM THE <br />PROPOSED HOUSE ADDITION FOUNDATION. CARE IS NEEDED IN THE <br />EXC. AVATION OF THE AREA SO NOT TO DAItAGE THE TANK OR DP~AIN <br />FIELD. THE SEPTIC SYSTEM APPEARED TO BE FUNCTIONING NORMALLY <br />AT THE TIME OF INSPECTION, THERE IS ROOM AVAILABLE FOR FU- <br />TURE SYSTEM REPLACEME~FF SHOULD IT BECOME NECESSARY, <br />THE APPROVED SEPTIC SYSTEM AREA MUST BE PROTECTED from any <br />vehicular traffic, livestock and farming activities. Other <br />activities such as logging, excavating or filling, driveway <br />placement or any similar activities may also damage the soil <br />in the area and adversely affect the septic system approval. <br />The areas of the initial septic system and the future repair <br />system must both be )rotected, <br /> <br /> <br />
