MARION COUNTY <br />BUILD~NG INSPECTION <br /> <br />January 26,1999 <br /> <br />Marion County Building Inspection <br />3150 Lancaster Dr. NE Suite C <br />Salem, Or 97305-1398 <br />Attn.: Lee <br /> <br />Dear Mr Grimes: <br /> <br /> This letter is in regards to a site permits for 2 additional rv spaces at Detroit RV Park, <br />located at 100 Breitenbush in Detroit, OR. <br /> <br /> I will agree to use these spaces only from May 15 to September 15. I believe that by using <br />these spaces during this time while the soil is dry it will not compacted. Both sites are about 12 <br />Feet from the leech line and along the most southerly portion for the property line. <br /> <br /> I will also agree to discontinue the use of all sites including the mobil home now on the <br />property immediately if the lines or tank becomes not useable.
